Please Note: Your marriage license must be on wedding site, reviewed by me, and in my possession before ceremony begins. It is recommended that you apply for your Marriage License from the County Clerk at least one month prior to the event. You will need proof of identification and proof of your age. In the case of any previous marriages, you must show proof that you are no longer legally married. The Marriage License is only valid for 90 days. Currently the fee for a Public license in Los Angeles County is $90 and $85.00 for a confidential license.** (Subject to change without notice.) For A Certified copy of Marriage Certificate $14.00, made payable to Registrar-Recorder/County Clerk.
